Crisis management Training

📢 Last week, around twenty managers from our various European offices had the opportunity to follow a crisis management training.

🎯 Two objectives: to present the tools and best practices implemented at Akiem and to test them in a practical exercise.

Thanks to the BeCalm methodology of PEARL Crisis Response who provided the training, our directors were made aware of the challenges and impacts of crises. This method rigorously structures crisis management and promotes collective listening as well as highlighting errors in order to improve our practices. A crisis simulation exercise then allowed us to test our skills.

This exercise is part of the approach initiated 4 years ago which helps to strengthen our capacity to manage crises in order to make us more resilient and to guarantee the well-being and reputation of our employees, our customers and our partners.

📢 La semaine passée, une vingtaine de managers de nos différents bureaux européens ont eu l’opportunité de suivre un training en management de crise.

🎯 Deux objectifs : présenter les outils et bonnes pratiques mises en place chez Akiem et les tester dans le cadre d’un exercice pratique.

Grâce à la méthodologie BeCalm de PEARL Crisis Response qui assurait la formation, nos directeurs ont été sensibilisés aux enjeux et aux impacts des crises. Cette méthode structure la gestion de crise de façon rigoureuse et promeut l’écoute collective ainsi que la mise en avant des erreurs afin d’améliorer nos pratiques. Un exercice de simulation de crise nous a ensuite permis de tester nos compétences.

Cet exercice s’inscrit dans la démarche initiée il y a 4 ans qui participe à renforcer notre capacité à gérer les crises afin de nous rendre plus résilients et de garantir le bien-être et la réputation de nos collaborateurs, nos clients et nos partenaires.
